پیش از این کمتر درباره دستور زبان انگلیسی گفتگو کردیم. در اینجا میخوام درباره چند نکته کلیدی نگارش که در کنکور های گوناگون به ویژه کنکورهای ارشد و بخش نوشتاری آزمون های آیلتس و تافل کاربرد بسیار دارند بنویسم.

Parallelism یا ساختارهای همسان(همپا)

در گزاره های زیر ساختارهای همسان به چشم میخوره. در یک گزاره همگی بخش ها یا اسم هستند یا صفت یا مصدر یا زمان گذشته یا زمان ماض بعید. این اصل پایه ای برای بسیاری از تست های کنکور ارشد هست.  

Look at the following structure

I like music, art, and history.(all nouns)

I like swimming, playing anf walking.(all gerunds)

She is tall, blond and beautiful.(all adjectives)

I learned to play tennis, to swim and to golf.(all infinitives)

She likes to read, travel and paint. (all infinitives)

They made a fire, cooked their food and sang a song. (all past tense)

He had finished the game, taken a shower and had his lunch by the time I got there. (all past perfect)

 

1. The boss asked his secretary to answer the phone, to take all messages and.........some letters.
